EVENTS 2022-23
ProDUCT LAUNCH
Product Launch served as a formal introduction to our projects and endeavours for the year 2022-2023. Our projects are economical, sustainable, and eco-friendly and at the same time, it aims to uplift underprivileged communities. For this academic year Enactus JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) launched 7 projects that create an impact on society, the economy, and the environment in general. Through these initiatives, we hope to contribute towards a more sustainable and better future initiatives.
2022’s Product Launch was a resounding success that was extremely beneficial to all
the seven projects that received a lot of great input and feedback from the Chief Guests as well as the faculty members of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).
STAKEHOLDERS' COLLOQUIUM
International Enactus Stakeholder’s colloquium was held on the Zoom platform from 4.30 p.m. (IST) on 5th October 2021. The motive behind this event was to provide an opportunity for the current ongoing projects under Enactus Jain (Deemed- to-be-university) to gain valuable and viable advice from prestigious NGOs with respect to the current obstacles in the functioning of the project.
The event also consisted of a panel discussion with eminent speakers with the topic area for this year being the importance and scope of social entrepreneurship in the digital world.
Enactus Day
Enactus Day is an event that focuses on giving a platform for non-profit organizations to network and obtain required resources. The event included stalls set up by invited NGOs to present their goods/services on the campus on the day of the event to promote themselves and gather essential resources like donations, and volunteers. The event aimed to instill values of social entrepreneurship and responsibilities in the members of the forum and students of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).
Fun Fair
Fun Fair is an event that provides a platform for small businesses to sell and market their products. The event is also arranged to create a space for students and faculty to escape the monotony of their daily lives and indulge in a variety of stalls that cater to everyone's tastes.
Ignite
Ignite is an inter-class fest in which each class creates an eco-friendly business concept that benefits any underprivileged community by providing them with a source of income. The objective of the event is to provide a platform for the students of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) to engage in idea generation activities, innovation, networking & producing measurable results by taking on community projects. Each panellist will assess the practicality and feasibility of the venture and model and accordingly the best business model will be declared the winner. Simultaneously, the students also set up stalls to collect funds to finance their respective ventures.
Illuminate
Illuminate is an inter-collegiate social entrepreneurship fest, hosted by Enactus Jain (Deemed-to-be University), where different colleges from across India come up with comprehensive business plans which are economical, sustainable, and eco-friendly at the same time aiming to uplift underprivileged communities. The best model would be chosen for the upliftment and empowerment of an underprivileged community.
